en el silencio de este día naciente,
vengo a pedirte la paz, la sabiduría y la fortaleza,
quiero mirar al mundo con ojos llenos de amor
para ser paciente, comprensiva (o), dulce y buena (o),
ver a tu hijos más allá de las apariencias
como tu misma los ves,
cierra mis oídos a toda calumnia,
guarda mi lengua de toda maledicencia,
que solo los pensamientos que bendicen
moren en mi espíritu,
que sea tan benevolente y tan alegre
que todos aquellos que se me aproximen
sientan tu presencia.
Revísteme Madre mía de tu belleza
y que a lo largo de este día,

Our dearest Rosary Mother,
On the silent dawn of this day
I come to ask thee for peace, wisdom and strength.
I want to see the world with nothing but sweetness in my eyes,
to be patient, comprehensive, sweet and good,
to see thy sons beyond appearances, just as Thou see them,
close my ears to every slander;
keep my tongue from every evil speaking.
let only blessing thoughts dwell in my spirit,
let me be so benevolent and joyful that whoever approaches me can feel your presence.
Cover me, oh mother, with thy beauty,
and let me reveal you throughout this day.
